Where a service accepts email requests, Unsubfox can send a cancellation request from your connected mailbox with your permission. When you need to use the service’s website, app, phone or chat, we provide instructions for that route.
Request refunds and follow replies
Ask for a refund on a specific charge and follow the merchant’s response in Unsubfox. The merchant decides whether to approve the request, and you confirm when the money arrives.
Keep expenses and renewals in view
Track recorded expenses, set a budget and see available renewal dates on your calendar. These tools help you review recurring costs before another payment is due.
What makes Unsubfox different
No bank connection needed
Unsubfox starts with email receipts or subscriptions you add yourself. You can use subscription discovery without connecting a bank account.
You choose what to cancel
Finding a subscription or connecting your inbox does not authorize a cancellation. You confirm the request before Unsubfox sends it; that permission also covers related replies and follow-ups.
A route that fits the service
Cancellation processes differ between merchants and billing providers. Unsubfox uses a supported email route or gives you instructions when the service requires you to act directly.
Requests and results stay separate

Unsubfox tracks replies and related follow-ups for supported email requests, and shows when more information is needed. Merchant response times and completion times vary; submitting a request does not stop a renewal by itself.

If it’s one easy cancellation, doing it yourself may be all you need. Unsubfox helps with the work you’ve been putting off: finding receipts, preparing and sending supported email requests, and keeping the replies together.
Do I have to connect my inbox?
You can add a subscription yourself. Connect Gmail or Outlook if you want Unsubfox to look for receipts or send an email request from your mailbox.
Will you cancel it for me?
Where a service accepts email cancellation requests, we can send one from your connected mailbox with your permission. For services that need you to use their website, app, phone, or support chat, we give you the cancellation instructions. We track email replies so you can see whether your cancellation is confirmed.
Can I get back a payment I already made?
You can ask for a refund on a specific charge. The service decides based on its policy and your circumstances. If approved, you confirm when the money arrives.
How do I cancel Unsubfox?
Turn off renewal in your account’s billing settings or contact support@unsubfox.com. Access normally continues until the end of your paid period. Cancellation stops future renewals; statutory withdrawal, refunds for service problems and other applicable refund rights are separate.
